From the initial contact through the sales and installation everyone was committed to ensure that we made the right decision. I was very impressed with this company and their employees; I had cellar windows installed and a new kitchen window over the sink. Workmanship was great, they were on time and finished fast.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kubala to anyone. Also the communication through the process was excellent. Very seldom do I make the time to write a review, but because of our experience with Kubala Home Improvement I felt I needed to.

I will recommend this company to anyone I know looking to have windows or doors replaced! I am very please with the entire process from getting a quote to installment and enjoying my beautiful new windows! This company is professional and has high standards for workmanship. We felt valued as customers from the initial phone call to set up our free estimate. Our salesperson Jon was excellent - he was friendly, knowledgeable and we really felt like we'd known him our whole lives. That's something you get with a family owned business and not a massive manufacturer.
Our windows were built and delivered much faster than quoted and the overall price for our big project, 22 windows, was tens of thousands less than big name competitors. The installers were beyond respectful of our property, as well as friendly. They worked efficiently, installed all windows beautifully and the clean up was superior - you wouldn't even know they were here. We are so impressed with Kubala we'll be recommending them to everyone we know and will have them come back in the future for more projects. We pride ourselves on the highest level of customer service possible. From initial product selections to project completion we make sure the jobs done right.
